Hiyo, I've got experience programming in general and some minor stuff with web design (yay code academy lol) and I've got a business that I need a website for. Problem is the website functionality is too much for me to handle cause of time n skill required, I wouldn't exactly feel comfortable with letting just any freelancer do it but to get a professional (highly skilled freelancer) is too much and I can't afford it.
My question is, if I laid out the design, or had someone else lay the framework, how difficult would it be to improve/redesign the site and get it to where it's needed?
Essentially, how hard is it to use a nubs code as reference for a bigger site worthy of ecommerce of a professional grade?
