Having my first real job interview in 3 hours. What to expect?

As the title. I am in my 3rd year of a webdev/webdesign centric major, with a decent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JS, JQuery, RWD/AWD (also PHP and its frameworks but that's out of the scope I guess), applying for a Front-End junior dev/intern position. What questions/requirements do employers have?
