Hey All,
Let me preface this by saying I am NOT much of a tittle guy. I firmly believe job titles mean very little when it actually comes down to doing a job right and feel you cover what your role is suppose to cover and help out anywhere you have the skills to help.
However, my boss recently approached me and said he wants me to come up with a new job title (currently Lead UX/UI Designer and Creative). He's looking to help me make more money at my next job (currently working for a small company that can't afford me anymore). I do pretty much everything a designer could do:
UX Design (my main skill set), UI Design, Mobile Design, Graphic Design, Project Management, Client Relations, and even just went back to school to learn front end development so I could help bring my visions to life.
I pretty much do everything that needs to be done from a design side and manage a team of developers to ensure the design is coming to life and functioning as it should. Additionally, I am in constant contact with clients (many of which joke about having me come work for them) and go to discovery meetings with new clients/do scoping.
Any suggestions? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
TLTR: I pretty much do everything my company needs me to do and need a job title that encompasses design, project management, client relations, and development.
