Need ideas for introductory tutorial 'missions'

Hi Reddit designers, I'm working on a large web-app project and there is a pretty big learning curve to the system we are building.

What I am looking to do is make the system easier to build by setting up 'missions' similar to what you would get in a video game like clash of clans. These would introduce you to the main features in the system.

My question: does anyone know of other web applications that do a good job of this? Especially some that aren't video games.
