Website builder like squarespace that would allow subscriptions and profit sharing?

I want to build a simple subscription site where I will upload user submitted writings and they will get a portion of that months subscription based on what percentage of that months downloads they earned.

Is such a thing possible? Or would it be a very complicated custom website?
