I'm a senior in college who will be graduating in May with a bachelor's in graphic design and a minor in photography. My school's design program is pretty weak on web design, and only has one mandatory class that essentially teaches us how to create a site using HTML and CSS.
I've really been enjoying web design, and wish I had taken more classes on it. That said, what are some helpful skills to have that most employers look for?
I'm planning on trying to learn some basic javascript and wordpress before I graduate as they seem to be helpful, but do you all have any other suggestions as to how I should direct my personal studies over the next little bit?
