I know how to create a website and I am pretty familiar now with CSS. I just am not creative or something. I feel like everything I create is boring and flat. nothing really pops out and makes the website standout out.
For instance: I see websites with navigation bars that I love.But some of them seem to complicated or when I try and make my own and just doesn't look as sharp
