How does everyone deal with clients who blame you for problems that stem from between chair and keyboard? For example; A client can't figure out how to configure Thunderbird and for some reason can't figure out how to log in to webmail and blames it on you even though everything is perfectly operational, and they refuse to use the ticket system because logging in and clicking "submit ticket" is too complicated? Pulling my hair out here.
