Website where you enter a price and products come up...

Forgive me for the amateurish of this question. I'm not technologically minded at all and I had this thought.

Is there a way such a website can be built/designed, where for example you would enter £100 and a list of say, mp3 players for that exact amount would be given as search results?

Perhaps this (not mp3 players but anything!) already exists?

Again, apologies if this is also the wrong sub.
