So I got contacted by a rather large university that is looking to redo two of their mid-sized subdomains.
They asked that I put together a proposal and bid for the "discovery phase". Which they said is basically a blueprint to the development.
After the discovery phase is done then there is another bid for the actual development.
So at this point in time I need to make a proposal for the discovery phase, honestly, I've never done this and I'm looking for help.
