I need to start using Sketch - should I buy a Macbook or pay someone to make me a Hackintosh?

I recently finished school for UI/UX and it is now apparent that Sketch is the industry standard for many reasons. Until now I have been a PC User. This is actually forcing me to reconsider the OS I use, simply because Sketch is only available for Mac.

I would love some advice! Right now I am thinking about buying a used Macbook just for this purpose.
