I want to offer my coding services for free or cheap -- What sites can I use---What shouldI do?

I want to get some practice with coding for real people. So I'm offering my HTML, CSS, PHP skills, etc for free or cheap.

I would also be willing to join a design team to handle some aspect of their workload.
