I need to do online forms that are embedded in my website, but not with a cloud based service like Wufoo or FormStack. Because I'm dealing with HIPPA and FERPA protected data, I (well, my IT security guys) need this to be something that we can install on our own servers and run/manage all the data on. I also need all the forms to meet WCAG2 AA at least, or at least be customizable so I can fix the issues myself.
Anyone have any experience with any of those types of services? I'm not finding what I'm looking for in google searches.
