Is spam normal?

So, I'm studying IT here in Brazil and I made my first website / platform. It's a CMS for pizzerias and their menus where users can search pizzerias, etc.

I never really made a site but I figured a contact form was the norm, so I put one in my website together with a contact e-mail which I made work with sendgrid.

I'm receiving like... too much spam. I mean, not by quantity, it's just that I don't really got traffic and I almost never get contacted by actual users, instead, I get contacted by what I hope are spam bots.

(I hope they are spam bots because because they are trying to sell me pizza boxes and stuff for pizzerias, but the contact form is for the website/platform, not for contacting a registered pizzeria)

Worst yet, I'm getting a ton of spam for webmasters. Stuff like web hosting, SEO, etc. The worst case was that I actually got an invoice from hosting company saying that if I paid it an account for hosting would be created for me. Yep, that's right, I didn't register or buy anything, they just sent an invoice as a fraud/marketting attempt instead of a pamplet or whatever.

(really, that company calls itself "br.registro", domain brregistro.org, it mimics registro.br which is an actual registrar where I registered my domain. They probably got my personal info from the domain and send the fradulent invoice to me. It got me worried because it had even my name and domain name in the message)

So is spam like this common for webmasters or I'm just having a really shitty luck? I have had e-mail since ever and I seldom get e-mail spam targetting me, but once I opened my website it's like a world of fishy business practices and suspicious use of personal info has emerged from nowhere.
