My hosting company has royally fed up can I invoice them for my time?

Hi guys, you may have heard but 123-reg have managed to delete everything on any cloud server they control. Apparently also including backups.

Now I have all my code backed up through Git, but do not have my server itself backed up.

Am I able to invoice them for my time rebuilding the server?

I also have a client who has a 123 server with hundreds of domains, I'll charge him for my time, but he'll also want to invoice 123 if possible.

I do have a mate, who has a mate who works for 123, and he's been told they've deleted everything and I'm not getting my server back without a rebuild.
