How much should I expect to Pay for a Professional Design?

I've designed a bag that I would like to get built for personal use. I've drawn it out with my mediocre sketching skills to be fairly understandable and convey all the nuances of the bag.

I was thinking about taking those sketches to a freelancer to get (semi) professional sketches drawn, featuring measurements and shading and looking pretty and all that.

How much should I expect to have to fork out to get those kind of specs?
