Looking for advice on Header Card Design

Hello,

I do graphic design on Twitch and my Uncle is asking me for my advice on his Header Card for his product. The product is a mounting kit to securely place picture frames in RV's. Since this really isn't my area of expertise I was hoping I could please get some advice to pass on to him. It would really mean a lot to me.

My uncle is working with a company to create his Header Card. Here's the email he sent me with details-

"Pictured below is what I am trying to create for our product. The current proof just doesn’t have very good appeal and may be because of what I gave them to work with. Here are some ideas on what I would like to create: I would like to add the arrows in the picture of the product shown below. I am thinking maybe the mounting instructions should be on the very back with the pictures, etc. on the front of the long piece. Maybe we don’t need our logo on the front of the short piece but the name of our company in some impressive way. The award with the ribbons on it was something I just got on the internet, maybe this could be enhanced. The one on the picture below looks much more impressive. I think we need to emphasize the statement below on the front of the short piece." 1 Product for Securely Attaching Items to Surfaces in RV’s"

Image he sent me as an example I think- http://ift.tt/2hHSwm1

And here's the .pdf file of the Header Card created that he didn't like- http://ift.tt/2hMcIAy

Can you please share your advice? Your help truly would mean a LOT to me. :)
