Organizing cross-disciplinary bookmarks

I've been in the web/print industry for about three months and obviously had to do a lot of internet research plus digital/analog practice. Problem is, the internet is a bit too large for any one designer to categorize every tutorial, guide or article. What I'm looking for is a way of sorting my bookmarks that makes sense and allows me to separate my web design links from graphic design.

My current setup uses three folders: Web Design, Graphic Design and Illustrator. I usually have to check at least two of the folders before locating what I need, and I can't help but feel that there must be better ways of doing this.

How do you guys keep things organized? What's your hierarchy look like?
