Is there a place better than fiverr but cheaper than 99designs for getting a logo?

Say around $50-100? I'm tired of the idiots at fiverr giving me copyright violating mediocre crap.

The cheapest at 99designs is like $299 for 20 designs and Idk any other places to get an icon made. Ideas?
