How to link to another image from an image.

I have an image of a map I am editing in Photoshop. I'd like to create small icons that will link to other images I've edited. That way when they click on the icon they can see that section of the trail. Is there any easy way to do this in Photoshop? My first guess was to insert a hyperlink.
