How should I think of an A0 poster?

Hi guys,

I need to finish an A0 size poster in a few hours. I have designed at most A3 before, so I don't really know what size of font etc. would be appropriate to use. I will use several infographics so I am sort of scared that they would look huge; and I need more space, so it'd be bad if I just wasted so much space with huge graphs.

Could anybody tell me a way to determine how the poster would look after print? Like, maybe, how much % zoom in Photoshop would give me the most accurate look?
