If you were self trained, how would you list your education on a resume?

I went to college for an unrelated topic and then worked in the hospitality industry for a decade before deciding to pursue a career in graphic, web and UI design. I'm still no expert but after 1.5 years of online training via tutorials, learning sites, and freelance work, I feel comfortable with beginning to put my resume out there to some design agencies. But I'm a bit stumped on how to accurately word my training and education. Any ideas?
