A club want my designs. How's the official process for this?

I'm supposed to give them my answer by tonight. It started off with assignment group where we have to sell something so we sell planner books. We (four persons) designed it but I have to call the shot because the other 3 are the members of the club. I want 10% of profits of every sale they made, is it reasonable? Do I write agreement under my personal name, considering we didn't register our company?
