This is driving me crazy, a while ago I read a perfect anecdote with a quote by a product designer about his commissioning process. It was something along the lines of "This is how it will work, I will provide you with three solutions for which you will pay, when you have made a decision I will develop your choice to a prototype which you will then pay for" .Who was the designer and what was the exact quote? Any help very very much appreciated.
