Looking for Software to Create a Product Demo Animation

Hi folks, I'm looking for the appropriate software to use to create a high quality but brief software demo. Here's a good example of the type of thing I'd like to create:

I have the screens created in AI, I simply want to animate some "clicking" and highlighting.

Any suggestions? And if you know of any good tutorial videos to pair with that software, even better!
