How to Design a T-Shirt??

Hey Reddit! Sorry if this is the wrong sub, remove my post if necessary.

So I gotta get a shirt design (front + back) on the go for school and tbh I have no clue where to start. Can anyone point me in the direction of a website or online service where I can design something easily (as I have no experience). I only need the design, the screen printing and all that is out of my hands.
