Hello, our agency is growing rapidly and I'm trying to ascertain how long a quality responsive website design should take as far as a comp/prototype. Assume these are pixel perfect comps and ready for extracting of elements for development.
Basically, as an agency or freelancer, how many hours do you budget for creating the design wether it be in Sketch/Photoshop/Illustrator
