Site that compiles a Musician's "Most Popular" songs from across the web?

Short Backstory:

We all have singles by bands worth exploring further, but don't always have time to assess their entire discography.

It'd help to have a list of an artist's songs sorted by most popular. That info's on various sites, but the rankings all vary. Take the singer A.A. Bondy, for example:

• iTunes [site] - Top Songs

  • They differ from iTune's in-app "Popularity" ranking, so curious how they're determined.

• iTunes [app] - Sorted by "Popularity"

  • Vague, graphical representation and curiously different from iTunes website's "Top Songs".

• Last.fm - Most Played

  • Older, less used than Spotify, but unique results.

• Spotify - Popular Tracks

  • Curious if this or iTunes is more comprehensive?

• Any Other Sources?

My fingers are crossed for a site that pulls stats from all these sources and averages them into one, combined ranking. What are the chances that already exists...or that it could be programmed relatively easily?
