Hello everyone,
So I have a friend who is looking at running for office and they had asked me to do their site and I was thinking about some possible idea. To give you some background I live in Nevada and our counties in Nevada are fairly large (except for one, here is a map for reference). As a result, I was thinking it would be cool to break up their issues page into the individual counties in Nevada with a generic picture of each of the types of issues (ie. mining - picture of miners working). So I was wondering if this would be possible. I looked into it a little and saw that I would have to make an .svg but I am unsure how to make an svg. So if you have any tutorials or articles that would be super helpful!
