My sister is really into codes and mysteries and all that good stuff, so I wanted to make a basic little website with some coded text for her to decipher for her birthday. From what I can gather, putting together a basic website with some text and a looping music track shouldn't be that hard to do if I google some stuff, but I'm more worried about hosting and domains.
Is there any way to get my own website domain and get a website fully up and running without paying money? I don't wanna commit to some hosting company and buy a domain just for a little fun online scavenger hunt.
Help is greatly appreciated.
