I can do all this manually; I've used Skrollr on a couple of websites before and I'm dabbling with ScrollMagic, but I'd like to know if there's anything out there that can help develop such pages. I don't expect a full studio like we have now for JavaScript & HTML5 animations, but at least something basic that's just above doing it all manually.
Inb4 everyone says I shouldn't do this because it compromises usability: yes, I am aware -- but it's being requested in a project on several pages (and nicely paid for too).
