Website builders - can they gather info from different sources and collate? Or would this need to be custom coded?

Hi,

I work for a large government organisation and our IT is woeful and unlikely to get better anytime soon.. I am thinking of starting a website to allow myself and colleagues to do things that our IT should do to help us out.

I need a website that will have a 20 or so yes/no questions - depending on the answers this will collate worksheets from online (creative commons) and form it into a cohesive pack of info.

For example

Is drugs a problem for you Yes No

Is alcohol a problem for you Yes No

If the person clicks yes to the drugs problem it would go to a drugs website get a couple of worksheets to work with drug users. If alcohol was then also a problem it would take a link directly from a government or AA based website, again collating certain linked worksheets and exercises.

I am fairly computer literate but not in regards to coding. Website builders (squarespace, wix etc) seem very good but I can't work out if they can provide this kind of functionality or if this is something I would need to be built as a custom job.

Any thoughts / advise greatly welcomed.
