My business partner and I have always used Basecamp, it's been good, but as we work on more-complex projects we are finding that it falls short in some areas. I'd love to be able to roadmap a project better, see a quick overview of completed vs. open tasks, etc.
So what's your go-to project management software/app, and why? What makes the one you use great?
