Trouble setting up illustrator for pixel perfect design

Hi, I posted this over at the graphic design subreddit and was hoping that I might get some additional help over here. Thanks!

I cannot get my grid to align properly with bitmap artwork. It just seems to be a little, little off. It's not noticeable at smaller sizes, but when the dimensions get to a few hundred pixels the discrepancy become clear. In the image I made as an example I created 400 x 400 pixel wide square in photoshop and pasted it into illustrator. The green is the bitmap artwork, and the red is a vector rectangle that I drew in Illustrator to illustrate the problem. Ideally they should snap with no border in between. I have set up the document to the best of my ability for pixel perfect design and my grid is set to 10x10. What am I doing wrong? Here is the image: http://ift.tt/1PLLhVe
