website Backend Advice

Hi Reddit.

I'm looking at technologies or products that I can host in a cloud environment to help with a front end website.

the site sells a product that requires a customer to add text data and also to upload 100mb of files, I want this to go into a backend of some sort that will put the all the information and pictures into a case number and will be easily searchable and able to keep records.

The cases can be updated by an internal site and closed and put into a different category once complete.

I've heard CRM is good for this and possibly MySQL, however I have no idea on where to start or examples I can work to.
