Finding work as a freelancer - Also choosing a brand to push forward.

I've been designing for most of my adult life. A few years ago I joined up with some friends (more developmentally savvy) and things were going good. A few members left - just headed different directions in life and I founded (roguecs.com). A few more people left and work was drying up so I created a freelancing site (pixelevate.com).

In the meantime I also created a personal portfolio site (brbailey.com) to showcase some of my non-web artwork, however I couldn't help but add some web design stuff into the mix there as well. (Though I have pruned some if it out recently.)

Long story short - I feel spread out. We were doing okay as Jovian, things slowed down when we moved to RogueCS, however that was when we lost our PR/Advertising crew as well, so I started taking on side-projects through Pixelelvate! (Modest Google campaign/Craigslist) At this point RogueCS is really just myself and a friend who I can lean on for some of the development stuff I get stuck on. I'm happy enough with my branding (Though I'm very open to your thoughts.), but I'm just not sure what my best bet is for chasing down leads.

I have been very ill the past few years (Vestibular Neuritis/Inner Ear Disorder) and have just recently started back up. I redesigned/rebuilt all of my personal sites in the last month and now I'd like some thoughts? How do they look? Does any one seem stronger? Am I doing anything terribly wrong? How do I go about chasing down leads now?

Thanks!
