I'm trying to make one of those headers where there is an image and when the user scrolls the rest of the page content comes up and goes over it, but I don't know what to search. Help?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I am getting frustrated of googling random keywords. I am trying to make a header that has an image as a cover at the top of the page, and then when the user scrolls down, the rest of the content on the page covers up the image and it looks like the image is behind it.

Hopefully that makes sense. Does anyone know what the heck I am talking about here and what I need to search for? Is there some name for this?
