Streaming How Do Sites?

So how do sites like couchtuner and putclokcer etc. Pull there content from sites like vidbull, vspot, vodlocker etc. I have looked everywhere to know avail. Cause I know that when the content is uploaded like when a show airs for example that they do not go and manually upload all the shows.

I only ask cause I was looking to do something similar myself but can't get a good idea on how to go about it. I have a search that will find keywords over a bunch of the sites like vidbull and promptfile etc. but that is about as far as I have got.

Any help is appreciated or a point in the right direction.
