What do you guys use to construct your websites?

I started out with notepad like everyone else, but I've used Cloud9 for the past two years or so.

I've been thinking of making a switch to Microsoft Visual Studio because my uni offers it for free to students. I've also heard good things about Dreamweaver but I'd have to find some way to purchase it. What do you guys use?

PS: I'm using a Windows PC.
