The Design Update: What's the best way to report a sites SSL error to the owner.

One of the things that annoys me is bad SSL. As a web_developer, what do you guys normally leave behind in order to get notified of such things. Only thing I can think of, since SSL failures are often fatal, is the DNS WHOIS webmaster inbox, which almost always goes to an incinerator.

Is there an SSL wall of shame that gets any better traction?
