Hi all,
I am currently making a website (criteria is two pages - very easy to make but I want to create something awesome!) for my Uni module.
We have learnt basic html and CSS coding but was wondering if someone here could help me out.

Specifically, I would like to have one background picture and a "scrolling" body in the center with the information (I will then add two small buttons where people can navigate to different pages).
can anyone tell me what this is called and what type of coding I would need to include?
