Is there something wrong with my @font-face block?

First off, thanks for your help. I've been banging my head against the wall for hours now over this.

Here is the @font-face block:

Here is the page this is being viewed on. All of the fonts are in the same directory within the "fonts" folder as referenced in the code block, but it's still not working. What am I doing wrong?
