Media Link autoplaying on Firefox - Shouldn't Be!!

Hi all,

Thanks for reading, and apologies if the title isn't quite accurate in it's description of my issue.

This is an issue exclusive to Firefox on Windows 8 (although I haven't tested Windows 7 or 10, but I have tested OS X, and I have also tested Chrome and IE)

My client's home page has auto playing sound, which I personally hate but she loves it and hey, the customer is always right! Right???

Anyway, her showcase page has several media links, youtube links and embedded media etc. For some reason, one of these is auto-playing (again, only on Firefox Windows 8...). I think it's the Showreel which is playing but you can't see it! It's in the background.

Can anybody help me diagnose the issue and find out why it's suddenly started doing it only on one web browser?
