Difference between "Interactive Design" and "Interaction Design"?

I was looking at the design programme page for Victoria University of Wellington. They listed them as 2 separated majors/courses ("Interactive Design" as an area of specialisation of "Media Design" and "Interaction Design" as a major on its own). I am wondering wad actually is the difference between and I still dun quite get it. Can anyone here teach me wad's the differences?
