Can't seem to find the names of a few character designers, can someone help me?

They did some work for some videogames. I tried MobyGames but no dice. Here's what I was looking for:

-Who did the artwork for the SEGA rail shooter "The Ocean Hunter?" Like for the title screen and for the characters?

-Who designed the yoma from Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson? I know Yaegashi Nan designs the actual human characters, but I don't think he did the yoma as well.
