Looking for advice on how to be a good design intern supervisor

Hi there! I am a graphic designer at a small university, and we will be having student interns for the first time in many years (due to a number of reasons). I will be the one supervising them and I wanted to see if I could get some advice on how to give them the best experience possible. Maybe what your best internship experience was like? Or articles on being a good supervisor I guess. This is my first time being a supervisor to anyone, so I'm looking for anything you'd like to give! :)
