What design programs do I need to learn for Augmented Reality?

I've been a graphic designer for 7+ years and looking to expand my skill set to the rapidly growing industry of AR (Augmented Reality). Does anyone know what programs I need to learn to get into it? I know the typical Adobe Creative Suite programs really well (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), but was wondering if there are other programs within Adobe, or if I have to learn/buy a different program to create it? Any advice or suggestions is very much appreciated!
