Portfolio with only 1 client

So I am a relatively new designer (2.5 years working) and I have had the same job since graduating, working at an ad agency. Problem is I have only worked on 1 client since starting (It's a big automotive brand that's on retainer).

Has anyone had experience setting up a portfolio in a similar situation or could give advice of an ideal set up would be for this? My current portfolio only has student work in it so I am looking to get rid of most if not all of that.
