I use Sketch to create website designs. Where can I learn to take it a step further so I can convert my designs to working websites ?

I use Bohemian Coding's Sketch 3 when designing websites. I know HTML/CSS but I'm not entirely sure on how I would go about converting my designs to actual working websites. Can someone point me in the direction of some resources or tutorials ? Thanks in advance
