[Help] How to pull and display content from an Amazon registry? Example provided

The Knot website services has a neat way of presenting registries from different sites, but I don't know how they do it. Here is an example. Pick a theme below and go the the registry tab.

Is this done from Amazon's API? Is there a widget available to mimic this function? I'm running on WordPress if it makes a difference.
